Jim Butcher

President

Jim is an accomplished landman with more than 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry. A former Marine and Viet Nam veteran, Jim attended Paris Junior College and the University of Texas. His experience includes leasing and title research in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Louisiana. Jim’s clients have included Exxon, Superior Oil Company and others. His knowledge of the industry in Texas is extensive. Jim leads by example and is committed to teaching and training new landmen throughout the country. He supports Eagle’s leadership team and plays an integral role in expanding Eagle’s business.
