Someone can be a racist/murderer/whatever and still make amazing discoveries(I don't know the facts on Darwin's racism so I'm just saying that it wouldn't matter either way). That fact is more notable; the US agency responsible for enforcing drug laws openly admits that the country most tolerant of cannabis use has one of the lowest usage rates. And while you were obviously being sarcastic, the figures for hard drugs are lower for Holland as well.
