| Agreed. Bing is decent, but there's just not enough to make me want to switch. In fact one thing I vastly prefer to Google over Bing is that Google's home page is very simple, while Microsoft, in typical fashion, tries to make it glitzy by having photographs for it's background with hotspots in them, etc. Microsoft has clearly never heard of K.I.S.S. Granted in this day of broadband it doesn't cause much of an impact on most, but as far as I'm concerned it's just an unnecessary waste of bandwidth.I'll keep using Google as my primary search engine simply because it's still good enough as far as I'm concerned. If I don't like the results I get from Google I'll still do what I always do and try running searches on other search sites like ask.com, yahoo.com, etc. Only now I'll probably use Bing as well as another alternate. But there's just not enough reason to make them (or any others) my primary search engine. |

Number of deaths is utterly irrelevant if you can't figure out how many. I could say that nuclear explosions that have gone off in the US are less deadly, since nobody got hit by one in the US, while I could say sleeping in the UK is very deadly since many people die during it.Having the actual percent rates are a lot better, because if nearly nine hundred people died from ecstasy like they said, and only 5/10/25 thousand people used it, that's a pretty damn high chance of dying. But if a million people participated in horseback riding and 900 people died, that's still too many deaths, but it's statistically less dangerous.Hell, if I started only using the data I wanted, ignored the rest, and forgot about "math", I'd sure-as-hell get offered a job at MSNBC.

I think it's because, as humans, we have a lust and obsession with our own mortality. I guess it's because life is the only thing other than death, and we all fear (with great curiosity) our deaths.Seeing sick, morbid ***** happen to other people is just entertaining to watch and fills that void. It's like slowing down to see a car wreck.Plus, seeing a woman raped alive by a tree is badass.?
This made no sense until I noticed the first step. |

although to be honest, feeling someone's joint extending beyond the normal range and hearing the person screaming as you do so would probably be pretty traumatizing. that's why most people that have fought for fun for long periods of time don't like to do it for real. |
