The banks are concerned with nothing but window-dressing. It's thinking like that that led to the housing bubble. It's better to recognize the losses as they occur over time rather than waiting until the bubble bursts.

Saying you have to wipe the drive to install windows 7 over XP is wrong.You can't UPGRADE from XP to 7, no. However it has no problem installing Windows 7 on an empty part of the XP partition and than moving all files you had while on XP to a folder called C:\Windows.old where you can conveniently access all your files and move them where you please.?
You should also ask then why xbox owners are still playing halo or why PS3 owners have sat around for years waiting for Gran Turismo 5 or why yet again there is another hyped Modern Warfare game.But then, that would go against the point you were attempting to make wouldnt it?
