Eagle’s urban leasing success is due in large measure to our community education events. We have participated in, organized and facilitated meetings ranging in size from five to several hundred attendees, including homeowners’ associations, business groups and local government organizations. At these events, landowners receive invaluable information about oil and gas production, oil and gas terminology, lease documents, bonus and royalty payments and what they might expect from an oil and gas operator. Our experience with setting the proper stage at the beginning of any new leasing campaign has yielded exceptional results for our clients.
